ok!  Already found application requires the Microsoft. NET Framework 3.5 SP1

Software:

Windows® XP (SP2) / Vista (SP1) / Windows® 7 (SP1) / Windows® 8

1. NET Framework 3.5 SP1 for XP
2. NET Framework 4.5  for Win7 SP1 (x86 i x64)
3. Sound: DirectX 9.0c/11 compatible

Minimal Hadware:

• CPU  : Intel® Core™ 2 Quad 2.6 GHz+ or Intel® Core™ i5/i7 2.6 GHz+
• GPU : 1024 Mb+, GeForce GTX 260+/Radeon HD5850+
• RAM : 4GB+
• Internet Connection Required for Registration, Career Mode, Multiplayer and Statistics Tracking. 256 Kb/s for single-player and 1 Mb/s for multiplayer

By installing an older application had a conflict and had to uninstall the newer updates.

DirectX and. NET Framework can be found in the file "IL2_setup.exe"  ~355MB

 

***If there is a problem with running the file "Launcher.exe" you can do:
 A. Do copies of the directory BoS - "IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad"
 B. Uninstall the installation of BoS in all folder c:\Program files\1C Game Studios
 C. Reinstall "IL2_setup.exe"
 D. go to the directory copy BoS and run "Launcher.exe" everything should work properly
