Throttle troubles

No matter how I set up the throttle im having trouble.  I have a X52 I set it there. it goes from 0 to 100 nothing in between.  I play with mouse and keyboard. same thing.  I set throttle on a diff. spot on joystick still the same. I cant find whats wrong. And I can not find a fix.   Someone help plz

First delete all past throttle bindings; all 3 boxes must be empty. Click apply under. Pull throttle handle on minimum position. Add in settings your throttle binding; move handle to max position, and then back to minimum. Click apply. 

I have x52, it works good.

Also check in joystick settings that deadzones are 0.
