IckyATLAS Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 It seems easy in this simulation to have planes performing long and slow sexual intercourse ? . What about reality. If two real planes would get to similar speeds and slowly contact one on top of the other, what would really happen besides some babies (pilots jumping out ? ). Is there a chance that they would continue flying for sometime or this would not work. The question is how realistic these scenes depicted above are. The Mistel case is a good example of two planes flying together one atop another. Small teaser question to you: which one is male or female? It works but in this case the planes were physically linked from take-off and separate later on in flight.
Raptorattacker Posted December 8, 2019 Posted December 8, 2019 I would suggest the 'upper' vehicle would be male and the 'lower' would be the recipient/female, purely from the practicalities of the mating process resulting in any success whatsoever. Hasn't David Attenborough done an episode on this very subject (but involving South American vehicles)? It would be incredibly interesting to see the product of such a union or even if the offspring came in the singular or multiple litters. Hmmm...
