As an open source toolkit, AMD FidelityFX can enhance the look of the game's graphics without loss of performance.

It works with Nvidia and AMD graphic cards.

 

AMD FidelityFX is our open source image quality toolkit that is now available for developers to implement in their games. FidelityFX combines adaptive contrast sharpness (CAS) to provide great-looking visuals during games. FidelityFX automatically reduces overhead and frees your GPU for the visceral experience you require.

Nvidia just added their own sharpening in the drivers. Seems to work very well.
