Nude art files

Are nude art files allowed and if so what are the guidelines?  Thanks

If you want to make some strike witches skins or cockpit photos, yes, no one else will see them. 

 

If you want to post them to forums or other official IL2 outlets, i would say no.

For what it's worth I made some cockpit photos showing nudity (hosted on another site, A&A) and haven't had any issues with it. I guess the same would apply for skins with nude nose art as well.

Until now i have skin requests, mostly P-51 and 38s with nude pinups. There are a lot of skins here.

 

I didnt had any problems when put them into a spoiler, like swastikas. You do have to open the spoiler to show them.

 

I dont think its a problem.

Prolly not a good idea to show penises, either booming or zooming.  Or maybe just hide them behind a spoiler to say “boo!”

Like anything else it's probably more a matter of taste and presentation, and as mentioned above the "Spoiler" feature can be used when in doubt, like so:

I would say 'Yes if it is something that would have been acceptable as nose art in 1944'.  If Vargas could have painted it and got it published by Esquire then you can ?

I am not sure Pjmacks example would fit that criteria though.  Too photorealistic and the crutch too exposed.

Seriously Daedulus made some FANTASTIC FC skins including an all black DVII F with this sick skeleton paint scheme.  If I had momey like that Id pay him to skin all my fav Ww2 planes with the same scheme (jet black, full skeleton doin somethin)
