Skin packs?

Was wondering, especially since, as I understand it, multiplayer does not let one download other people's custom skins, if there was anyone making or maintaining bulk skin packs, sort of like the old Rise of Flight Community Skin packs? I know I saw one a year or so ago, but not sure where it was anymore, and it predators all of the Bodenplatte aircraft too.
