Old oculus runtime - no Rift Core 2.0

Have been away from IL2 and VR for a few months, there where quite a few changes since then. While updating an configuring my system i stumbled over this.

Has this been mentioned in this forum yet?

With this old runtime + open composite + OTT i can run IL2 successfully without Steam, SteamVR and Oculus home.

Yep, Open composite is a great way to go with the Rift. The latest Rift software has an option to not start Oculus home when you put on the Headset
