Career Mode Friendly Fire Problem

So I was flying a FW190-A5 fighter bomber career in the Cuban as part of II./Sch.G. 1. Assigned task was to attack an enemy airfield. Well, my AI colleagues and I annihilated the target basically destroying everything possible. On the way back I checked the stats and was somehow surprised by the low number of destroyed targets. After leaving the mission there was a message of friendly fire for which I had no explanation. Checking the  event log showed multiple friendly Laggs and Yaks destroyed by me at the attacked airfield.  

 

As a result of this crimes my virtual pilot was executed. May he rest in peace.....

 

Is there any way to resurrect him from the dead?

If this was the last mission you played, the file for this mission should be saved in the \ data \ Missions \ _gen.Mission directory.
Please send it to us for analysis if possible.
