PWCG 6.3.0 SP mission crash at loading

hello guys 

 

I have a problem with PWCG missions , the loading when the loading bar is full the game crashes , tried to change the campaign and planes but it didn't solve the problem 

 

 

 

pc specs:  

i7 8700k 4.6 Ghz

1080 ti 

32 Gb RAM

Does the game actually crash or does it go grey with "Program not responding" where it gives you an option to close the program or wait?  if the former - not sure.  I was able to load the mission.  If the latter, choose to "wait for program to respond"  and then wait.  The game has not crashed.  Kick back, have a cup of coffee, read a chapter of a book ... because this was one absolutely huge file.  It did load for me after about 5 minutes (from an SSD) and then flew just fine.

 

This might be an ongoing problem with Bodenplatte.  The map is much more dense than the eastern front therefore much more to load.  In my experiments the long load times of PWCG seem to be mostly related to ground objects.  If I strip those out the missions loads quite quickly regardless of plane density.  WWII missions cover more ground and therefore will include more objects.  Combine that with a dense map and you get what you get.  Options are to remove ground objects ... then what ... there are no cities, bridges, etc.  So no great solution right now other than install on an SSD and have an enjoyable beverage on hand.

 

P.S.  There is a nice wight with a bunch of FW190s a few minutes in
