Quick missions no longer working

Hi there 

 

Im new to this tank sim and would like to know why I no longer have access to Quickmissions or the Panzer IV tanks??? after updating the quick missions don't work and the panzer IV are missing!

Can anyone help please. I have also deleted my updates folder and reinitialized but nothing
