Reading the topic title made me feel ill. 

 

I could probably work it out for myself out for myself, with a stopwatch and careful observation of the video, but here's a question: in an established spin (either way up), does the rate of descent stay constant as air density increases, or does the rate decrease?  And what about the rate of turn?
