kirk66 Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Same here. New install after buying Blitz on sale, Steam runs other game fine (VTOL VR). i7-7700, 1080ti, 32gb RAM, Win10, etc. so hopefully hardware isnt the problem ;^). Vulture
Cybermat47 Posted October 22, 2019 Posted October 22, 2019 Have you verified the integrity of the game files? To do so, right click in the game in your Steam library. Left click “properties”. Left click “local files”. Left click “verify integrity of game files”.
kirk66 Posted October 23, 2019 Posted October 23, 2019 Yes, I've tried all the suggested "fixes" in the various threads, several times. Getting Application Errors in my Event Viewer when I try to open the game. Guess I'll go the the lead thread and post my running apps and Event logs. Vulture

kirk66 Posted October 25, 2019 Posted October 25, 2019 Yes. I've read all the thread, tried all the "easy" fixes - none of them work. WTF? My system is not unusual, just a basic, up to date Win10 system that runs BAT, IL-2 BoX, and DCS just fine - so what is so special about CloD Blitz! To repeat, clean load, when I try to launch from desktop icon, get a flash of the game opening screen, the black screen, then back to desktop. Log is set to record in the config file, but it is empty. This is irritating, to say the least!
