Beebop Posted October 10, 2019 Posted October 10, 2019 (edited) It seems that Paint.net 4.2.5 is a rather powerful image editor these days. It looks like it supports .psd files and .dds file plus works with layers. Is anyone currently skinning with it? Any comments.suggestions, warnings about Paint.net? My old Paint Shop Pro 8 doesn't work with 4K size images so I was learning GIMP but the newest version I have ( 2.10.6) seems to no longer support .dds files. At least the option to export them as .dds files seems missing. Besides, all I do with these kind of programs is skin so I don't need all the GIMP bells and whistles.
