Since patch only my Sidewinder joystick will work.

Is anyone having problems with all their other controllers not working now?

 

When I started the game it gave me an option to choose the Sidewinder, my Rudders and my Throttle quadrant. I had to choose one, so chose Sidewionder, but I wanted ALL of them to work like I had before.

 

Now IL2 recognises nothing else except just my Sidewinder. I checked Windows and that sees all my controllers. I had a saved Input file, but it won`t use that either.

 

Can anyone help?

Sorry cannot help; just report problem (to feel less alone).

Using SAITEK X52 under 3.201 b and then c. Have the problem with POV2:

Joystick tested under windows 10 and reacting as should do.

With IL2 key settings, 

the software acknowledges the  button e.g. j0 b19 but does not execute the associated command (trim action)  in play.

All other buttons and axes seem to work.

just guessing here, but try starting your game from the il2.exe and not launcher.exe

 

If i start my game from launcher now, I loose my TS3 overlay, and my Voice Attack in game commands fail to work...so who knows...it might help you too.

Hi, sorry I haven`t responded sooner. Been quite busy.

 

Anyway, still no luck. I know somewhere an update has screwed with the joysticks. Just was never an issue before. I haven`t been able to have a proper flight simply cos I`m so used to using a rudder and throttle quadrant. Has anyone else managed to make their joystick, rudder and other controllers work with the game like it used to?

 

It`s killing me not  being able to fly.
