G-force System question?

So I like really like the new update and all but until yesterday  I have notice something that is just keep on bother me? Why can't I bail? Starting to really bother me because so far every time I been shot down I been greeted with Canopy popping open and No Eject. Just hearing the wind and seeing the ground. It's pretty dam demoralizing and depressing.  It's the same thing every time. I see people say, G-Force ,Air speed,  Air pressure. Like I'm going down can't a man not jump out a plane?!?! So any tips or tricks or essential that needs to be known for now on?
