Help! Can't access Properties Dialog

Hi there,

I wanted to fiddle arround with the ME for FC. I noticed that when i start the ME my Properties Dialog window is waaaaay up in the left hand corner of my screen and i can not reach the upper bar to drag it down to properly access it. I am baffled deleted and redownloaded the ME but no luck with it. The dialog window remains in the upper left corner of my screen. Tried to change the desktop resoloution but still no luck. I am on a dual monitor setup. Any ideas?
