track IR cant center. staring up at the sky

Since new download my track IR isnt working properly.  I cant center myself anymore . I am staring up at the sky at about 11 o clock and to the side. I get head movement but I cant center on the front of the cockpit. If I press f12 to re center Im returned to the 11 o clock position again. Any useful ideas?
