P-38 dive flaps?

Just trying to figure out dive flaps on P-38. Do you use flap lever or speed brake bind for this?   Help plz

Speed brake bind! They are different of the flaps!

Yeah, speed break, they will give nose up attitude at high dive speeds, very useful if you try to gank 262's or dive away from pursuit.

Awesome, thanks!    I spotted a target from about 20,000 and dived toward it, it was a 190 a5,  as the I got closer there was lag and the 190 warped behind me!?  continuing the dive to extend, I noticed 2 109s catching up and was ripped apart by there guns.....  Great acceleration on the 109's  , better than the 262's!
