WW1 Inline Engines Smoke.

After seeing the smoke trails from the WW2 aircraft at rich mixture settings I was wondering if the WW1 Hispano Suiza V8's, Rolls-Royce Falcon and Mercedes DIIIa should smoke in a similar fashion at rich mixture setting instead of just a big black smoke puff that currently result from rich mixture settings.
