With a bit of fantasy, you could use the Rheinland map as the northern part of the eastern front. One had to "only" equip the cities with eastern objects, something that will not be very easy ...

Indeed, the peninsula north of Amsterdam could be a stand-in for Courland pocket. 

Unfortunately the map does not cover the most northern part of Netherlands that could have been a stand-in for Northern Estonia, where most of the fighting happened during February-August 1944. The Karelia map project that Finnish guys are working on should cover that area also, though.
