Bodenplatte Scripted Campaign ideas

For Bodenplatte, a scripted campaign just like the Sea Dragons campaign for Kuban is planned. I think it will come out with the final release of Battle of Bodenplatte which should happen in a month or two. That being said, I hope that the plane is a P-51 or an Me-262 with the time frame being after or during Operation Market Garden or the Bulge.

Let me hear your thoughts guys. Do you like the idea of flying a P-51 or Me-262 in this campaign, or would you like a different plane or a different time frame

Cheers.

I don’t understand your post. Are you saying someone is working on a scripted campaign with as yet undefined aircraft that will be released with the final Battle of Bodenplatte and this thread will determine what aircraft it is based on?

That seems a bit far fetched to me... ?

Each of these planes would deserve its own campaign! I would love to see a campaign for the P-38 or Fw-190 D9, but because they are collector planes, they won't get one from 1C :( (Maybe from someone else in the future!)
The P-51 would be a brilliant thing, even if the P-47 would certainly have its charms.  The only thing I would find a waste, if the campaign is burned to another Bf-109. Don't get me wrong, I like the BF but we already have 2 campaigns (and I think Blacksix even wanted to do another one after his Il-2 campaign). So I would use a different plane.

Guys, I wouldn’t like to upset you but at present I'm not working on any official BoBP campaign. I help to finish BoBP career mode and we need to finish and test these tanks campaigns for TC this month. So, I've no any good news for you.

Killing locomotives, lots of them, with the Gabelschwanzteufel. That would make for a great scripted campaign.

I have already started working on a 370th Fighter Group campaign for the P-38. I am getting the Florennes airfield template laid out with some new ground objects, and I currently have 36 mission narratives to narrow down. 11 of them are locomotive, railyard, bridge and tunnel bombing against the "Red Line"

Everyone seems to be convinced that there will be no paid add on campaigns for collector aircraft. Has that been stated somewhere?

That sounds great. Looking forward to it. As for your question: Nope haven´t read something like that on the board. I´m pretty sure sooner or later they´ll come up with some paid add campaign. Too big as an opportunity

I have never seen that in writing either except as speculation. I will keep sending Jason messages and maybe he will answer me one day... ?
