sevenless Posted October 3, 2019 Author Posted October 3, 2019 Just for completeness sake in the Jetkiller book there are also 2 other Mustangs mentioned. Those are Mustang IIIs of the RAF. We might have to wait for a Mustang III/B/C collector plane to model them, but I show them here nevertheless. 2

I wont be able to finish the skins until the template is released but I can already make all the other elements such as camo, D-Day stripes, personal emblems etc. When the template is out. I will just have to finish a few small elements + Specular map and done. WIP! 1

Mixing the default "blank" skin with some parts of B7-U of 374th FS (yellow nose after removing its "ace of spades" motif), D-Day stripes, black bands of IV-Z of 369th FS and adding spedific hand made markings ? The same for the alpha layer. 1

Always one of my favorite Mustang skins. I used it as a basis for some fictitious IL-2 '46 Mustangs. I'm eager to do some more with the new template once it arrives. 1
