VR no longer loading since latest update

Hello Peoples, 

 

love the sim and get what time I can in it esp for VR where it really shines immersion/performance wise.

 

Unfortunately since the latest new big update the sim will no longer load for me in VR. I am a steam user and Index user. It worked fine before but now it just gets to the first load screen and hangs. Ive left it running for 30mins just in case but no go and windows reports unresponsive. If I launch normally on monitor it runs fine and I was able to fly the lovely Tempest and Mustang, wanna save the P-38 for VR hehe.

 

Ive posted an official support ticket but wanted to post here just in case its something the community can chime in on.

 

2080ti, Index set to 90hz, steamVR all updated and working normally with other VR titles etc.
