Is listed as in the game update, but cant seem to find it.  Is it accessible by a player?

It's only available at this time as an AI vehicle.  If it did become playable,  it would not be  that great  as it can be beaten by the russian 76 at 1500m,  even though, on paper, that gun can only penetrate 62mm at 1000 yds

The Jagdpanzer IV is just an object of the Bodenplatte. And this variant came in September 1944 for use.
I can still remember it, with the old IL2 Forgotten Battles, there was a trick on how to make the IA planes playable (via the MP), who knows if it is somehow possible to control the IA objects as well to take over.

Hopefully StuG III G will be the assault gun that comes as a playable collectors vehicle, if any.

Unfortunately, this can take a long time, nor are Panther, Ferdinand, Sdkfz 10, Su 152, gaz mm, even on the horizon.

Time is not important, only StuG ?

The playable collectors vehicles are mounted AA guns. I doubt, they will add more collectors vehicles, especially not the StuG, that fits to every possible TC II version with german tanks. After they implemented the StuG into another TC, it is much more likely, they will bring another version of it as a collectors vehicle.

Why would you possibly want the Stug 3G  over the JP4  L70,  when the latter outclasses it   in probably every single category ?  If, it is modeled properly !

I think Hanu was talking about collectors vehicle for Tank Crew - Clash at Prokhorovka. It wouldn't make too much sense to talk now about a collectors vehicle of a coming TC II, as we don't know if and what will come.

The Stug looks cooler

StuG III G was the most common armored vehicle on Axis side. It was the top armored vehicle Finns had, and it was used successfully in Karelian Isthmus during summer '44.

I, too would love to get the Stug implemented in TC. In fact I definitely would have prefered it over the Ferdinand. But I understand why the Devs decided to give the Ferdinand a chance as playable tank. For now I guess we can only hope for a TC II to get a playable Stug. Fortunately it doesn't matter what a second TC would be, as long as german tanks are involved, as the Stugs were in combat everywhere.

Looking cooler,   is  a totally subjective thing.   Having a barrel 5 feet longer and much higher muzzle velocity  is not !

I'm really  not sure why the Jagdpanzer IV was added as an AI vehicle, ( for now a worthless one ) and some screens in the developer diary seem to make it look like the SU 122 is on the way as well.

SU-122, SU-152, are left to add on the Russian list, Panther and Ferdinand for the German list.  I  would like to see the advertised list finished,   and then  would like to see the Stug, Hetzer, JP4, Jagdpanther, Jagdtiger, and TIger II  added.  On the Russian side, I'm sure those that primarily play it have a list of wih vehicles as well.  Hopefully, for all of our sakes,   these lists are not just wishful thinking !       On top of the vehicles,  I would like to see playable AT guns

Would like to see the Hornisse/Nashorn added as  well,

The Jagdpanzer IV and the SU 122 have nothing to do with each other. The SU 122 is part of Tank Crew, while the added AI Jagdpanzer IV is part of the ground forces for BoBP. Because of this it is not really important if the DM and fighting capabilities are correct, except what is needed for air attacks on them. They are mainly ground targets. If in a further Tank Crew extension the Jagdpanzer IV is implemented as player vehicle, the Devs will surely give it the capabilities it should have.

It will all depend on the questions, if there will be another Tank Crew game, and if yes then what will it be. It surely would make most sense with BoBP coming, to make a late war western scenario, where the tanks of your wishlist would fit. But who knows.

It is L70. You seem to be so interested about it like a new player controllable plane)

When a developer answers my question like this,   I  would  have to guess more work has been done on the JP4   than  just being a bomb catcher.

However,  looking at the tests I have ran you are probably closer to the mark,  if not  intentionally !
