Co-op hosting problems.

I have tried a couple times to host some co-op missions, old ones and a new one I generated just today with the latest version of SYN_Vander's wonderful bit of software.  The lobby will load, then when I pick an aircraft the loading wheel just spins forever, other joining have similar issues, yet I cannot see them in the player list.  Dogfight works just fine, but for the life of me I cannot get cooperative missions to work.

 

Any idea?

Yup I am having these issues as well. There is a thread in the Bug Report section of the forums.

I confirm... can’t select a plane... pointer just spins.  

 

Oh well... at least I enjoyed the p51 in QM for a while.

This could explain the other night. Attempting to host a coop for a friend and I to start getting him acquainted, and I got the infinite loading screen, and he never saw the lobby. We quit and he tried hosting, and it also wouldn't fully load, even though I saw his lobby and attempted to join. 

 

So we joined an empty PvPvE server instead. Hopefully this gets sorted out. I'd like to be able to host short, repeatable training missions for various things.

I have a problem with hosting a co-op mission and didnt find a solution. 

 

If I hosting the co-op mission and run it, I cant see the planes of my mates and they didnt see me and the AI planes (server ist vissible and joining works; the mission download from the clients and you can choose the planes). If my mats host the co-op mission (even the same) all works fine and we can fly together.

 

I have Win10, FritzBox, Kaspersky. In have portforwarding for 28000, 28100, 80 and exceptions in kaspersky für il2.exe, dserver.exe, even the ports are exceptions in kaspersky. Any idea what I do wrong or I miss?

very easy to set up.   Why do I have to manipulate my system to make this sim work?

did you ever get it working? its 2023 and I still can't figure it out or get it working

No and honestly, my drive for sim flying has slowed to a halt.  After covid, gaming life hasnt been the same.
