Mission Builder Broken ?

So I opened up the mission builder to see how the L70 worked vs russian armor  AI  vs AI .   I put a tiger in the middle,player.    Some observations,

1)  I am not able to select a loadout,  for the L70, TIger, KV1, or T34.  

2)  Save mission,  Start,

3) no information on my player tank,  no option to change loadout,   mission starts  but is simply in spectate/overhead mode  but no movement possible.

 

Has anyone seen anything like this from the new update ?

My mistake,  did not pick the  "_"   tank for the player.     Got mission to run am looking at the L70  now
