Dictate to text message in IL-2 (VR)

As I currently do not have much time to investigate myself, has somebody solution to dictate text messages in multiplayer? As a VR user, I often do not communicate at all, as keyboard messaging is a pain in a...
I know it is possible, I was using that feature on android in one game (I forgot the name). In windows 10 we have that voice recognition for free. It says "To start dictating, select a text field and press the Windows logo key  + H to open the dictation toolbar. Then say whatever’s on your mind.  To stop dictating at any time while you're dictating, say “Stop dictation.” "

 

Anybody found solution for that?

VoiceAttackis very good once you have trained voice recognition.

With VA you can set up text replies to messages as a macro.

Finally I got working cortana and voice recognition. Booth were somehow disabled, inactive, but it is ok now.

2 more problems:

1) In "windows voice recognition" can not be english, because my main language is german, and I need english for mp messages. Whatever I do, dictating stays in german I can't go further unless I solve this.

2) shortcut "Windows+H" should start dictating, but it does not. The voice attack is just workaround for this (as I understand), but why this doesnt work? (win10, updated latest)
