Startup screen in VR not accessible using mouse

Hi folks,

When in VR, the startup screen will not let me move my mouse to the clickable areas. I mean I can't reach the fields like username and password for example.. I can hit enter and keep going but my mouse icon is confined to the left of the screen.

 

Has anybody else experienced this?

turn up the resolution up a few notches.

 

I found trying to set it too low causes this issue.
