No skin or load out option on multiplayer

Hi all, i am having a problem of No skin or load out option on multiplayer, this happens in all online servers.

Any help would be appreciated

Click on the arrow in the right inferior corner (the one above the green "Accept" button) to open the LoadOut and Skin menu.
