UrufuShinjiro Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 I have no idea how to set up for to engine planes. I'm using a Logitech G940, I set one throttle to engine 1 and the other to engine 2 but whenever I move one throttle the other moves the opposite direction, I sit on the runway spinning in circles, it's baffling. Help?
JimTM Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 (edited) Reassign your throttles, carefully following the instruction in the setup dialog. Make sure that you don't have one throttle inverted and the other one not inverted (look for the small hooking arrow icon in your assignment). Also, make sure that you don't have a small orange icon in your assignment, which means that the key/axis is also assigned to another function (mouse over the icon to see what other function is assigned). Note that there is an assignment for "Engines Throttle Control" (for all engines), "Engine 1 Throttle Control", Engine 2 Throttle Control", etc. For twins, leave "Engines Throttle Control" blank. Sokol1 Posted September 15, 2019 Posted September 15, 2019 Or just use "Engines Throttle Controls", in 99% of situations you have no reason for control engine 1 separated from 2. And use second lever for Propeller Pich/RPM

And use second lever for Propeller Pich/RPM I use differential power to help taxi some planes (like the Me110) with weak brakes and also on the initial part of the takeoff to help keep some planes straight.
