I want a flight to taxi, get into position, but not to take off...I want to delay that.

I'm thinking a check zone set for the last aircraft in the flight when it's almost, but not quite on position.

Pipe that into a 'force complete' high for the AI lead.

Then a timer back into the take-off command at whatever interval I decide on...should work eh?

Interesting thought. I think it should work.

Very interesting. Maybe this can be used for the opposite need, instead of slowing take-off that is to expedite take-off.

When you have a flight of say 4 planes or so that are parked and you tell them to take-off it may take ages before they are perfectly aligned on the runway.

By testing that they are just on the runway I can cut the process with a Force Complete, and then immediately order the flight leader to take off and so this would be immediate.

I have to check this.

Use a second take off command set to  “no taxi take off” in that case. Still it just saves you the last bit of time for that last guy (if it works)

I don't think we can do what you want Gambit.

That’s OK, I’ve abandoned this idea.

I actually figured a way to delay a group T/O however do you know how to calculate two groups to t/o climb to 4000 meters and meet at a certain point to fly in two serrate formations?

I dm you a link

Yep - it takes some trial and error adjustment of waypoints but possible.

I have 4 flights, 16 Jugs taking off and joining up.
