Xyperion Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 Hi guys, I'm about to finish the "Battle of Moscow" for the first time and I was wondering how does the career progression work, since I don't want to lose my pilot progress. Basically, I was in the I/JG 52 and in the end of March 1942 I got a pop-up that asked me if I want to finish my career or I should switch the squadron, so I switched, but now I have some questions. If the career finishes (20.04.1942) and I'm in a squadron which is not in the "Battle of Stalingrad" ( IV/JG 51), will I lose my pilot or can I still choose a different starting squadron in BOS? If I'm in a squadron which is re-called and I decide to finish my career (like the case for I / JG 52), do I "time jump" until the next time when this squadron is in action, or can I choose a different starting squadron for the next campaign in the timeline? (BOM -> BOS for example) Thanks in advance
[APAF]VR_Spartan85 Posted September 1, 2019 Posted September 1, 2019 I believe it gives you the option to continue with your character, and if the squadron you are currently in does not carry over it will assign you a new one. 1

Correct, except for that you will need to choose a new squadron yourself. The game will not assign you to a new one automatically. 1
Gretsch_Man Posted September 2, 2019 Posted September 2, 2019 I can also confirm that you can definately continue your carrier after finishing your BOM campaign. As LukeFF said, you just have to choose a new squadron. That way you could also completely switch aircraft types (e.g. from fighters to bombers) if you wish. 1
