installing the old CoD Malta map mod for Blitz ... huh?

I downloaded a Malta mission with a map for Malta. In the readme it says:

This mission pack contains the full 28 missions for the Malta Mod, covering the attack on Malta from the arrival of the first two Hurricanes on the island in 1940, through to events up to December 1941.

TO INSTALL

In the single missions folder you will find three folders called 'missions', 'PaintSchemes' and 'screenshots'. Just cut and paste these 'missions', 'PaintSchemes' and 'screenshots' folders into your 'C:\Users\YOUR_PC_NAME\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover - MOD' folder.

Voila, you have every Malta campaign mission as a single player mission, with multiple flyables, all with their own briefings!

 

 

I did a fresh install, of Steam version 4,55,  but where's this frigging C:\Users\YOUR_PC_NAME\Documents\1C SoftClub\il-2 sturmovik cliffs of dover - MOD' folder.

 

Should i create it maybe? thnx J

If your Cliffs of Dover is Blitz 4.55 don't use the sufix "- MOD", this is valid only for up to 4.312.

This campaign was designed for the original CLIFFS OF DOVER.

 

Will not work with current CLIFFS OF DOVER BLITZ.

 

There was no actual Malta map in this mod... it just used the Channel map with different textures.
