Can I make any of the gunsights brighter?

Some of them have sun filters, which can help.  Others (like the Soviet gunsights in the MiG-3 and Yak-1 ser 69) are just incredibly dim and easily washed out by snow or sun glare.  I assume this is historical, given the German gunsights are far brighter and easier to see in all conditions.

Actually, I was  the German planes I was wondering  about.  I was flying the Dora tonight, and the sight just kept disappearing, at times.  The sights seem very dim.

If you are flying the Dora with the gyro sight the reticle will move out of sight if when maneuvering you dont set it to fixed position.
