69th_Mobile_BBQ Posted August 18, 2019 Posted August 18, 2019 Setting the in-cockpit RPM lever to the 2600 RPM marker only shows ~2550 on the RPM dial on the dashboard when the manifold pressure is set to 37.2 (nominal according to the in-game specifications). Is this correct or does outside air pressure and ambient temperature also factor in. The only other thing I can think is that I had the mixture set to Auto Rich. After watching Requiem's tutorial he stated that Auto Lean was the proper cruise setting. Would this make the difference?
gimpy117 Posted August 23, 2019 Posted August 23, 2019 im confused what you are asking? is the simulated prop governor 50 rpm off or the manifold not showing right? in my experience a 50 rpm low on a prop governor isn't too bad. the devs should go in though and give that governor 2 turns and bump the limit up ? 1
