Squadron Emblems and Band Color

Hey, All! So i recently got Gimp 2.0 and i'm stuck on a few tasks. Can someone please help? I am stuck on how to add the emblems/nose art to the file, and how to change the yellow bands on wings and fuselage.

I suggest you work through them and if something isn´t clear come back here and describe at which step you are having trouble, i and others will gladly help.

If you have trouble altering pieces of the template, please explain what exactly you are trying to do because gimp is a powerful program with many many functions.
