For the female pilots of the 586 IAP 587 BAP and 588 "Nigth Witches", one could substitute the faces of the Russian pilots in the game by women faces and activate them with help (new country which one can do quickly) of choice country "UdSSR female"
With radio communication ...... there is enough student in Russia.
I have no idea if it will be hard to get this idea in IL2 GB, a comment from the developers would be very nice.
PS: I think the discrimination is wrong .....

I'm very interested in the mixed regiments, where men and women served alongside one another.  I experimented in the past with making voice packs to try and simulate this and it was often quite moving to hear the chatter from a squadron as they rolled in on a target and it was both men and women who were doing the fighting.
