New User - Connection to the master server

Hello,

 

I bought the game yesterday on steam, and downloaded it.

I can't play. This message appears when i click on the "I just bought the game" button :

"#2 Your connection to the masterserver was temporarily lost. Check your internet connection."

My connection is working properly btw.

 

Could you please help?

I'm afraid to find a lot of similar topics on the forum :

 

I tried to fix it with the CCleaner thing explained there :

 

It didn't work. I tried to turn off the firewall, and it's not working neither. 

I tried to uninstal Nvidia geforce experience,...and it's not working.

 I can't find a real solution so far...PLEASE HELP!

This was not the the problem I had sorry dude.

I solved my issue with an install to a different drive and running cc cleaner to check my registry.

Ok I see you tried cc cleaner, but I never received an error stating I couldn't connect to master server. My problem was hardware related-(I think a previous version of BOS was still installed partially on an old drive) which caused a login problem.Your problem is the connection between you and the IL2 server. I would try setting your router to DMZ mode and disable all firewalls, router/windows etc.Make sure to reset your PC and router after you make these changes.

If you are using steam try clearing the downloads cach in settings, run cccleaner then try to update again, turn off fire wall(some risk here) run the game and see if you can authenticate now.
