Where is my career savegame? I don't see it on FAQ.

Check your app data folder, or your steamapps dir under IL2. Your career is actually stored as an SQL database.

 

EDIT: : C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad\data\Career
