My Screen has a green tint when flying. Any idea what it is?

My screen has a green tint when I am in the sim. The menu and everything else works fine and has normal color, but when I start flying it has a green tint. When I red-out it starts to get to normal color... not sure what that is. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a very weird problem. Cheers!

Can you list your system specs, including your video card?

Also, if you are running any 3rd party graphics programs besides the standard Nvidia or AMD offerings.

Intel Core i5-4430 CPU @3.00GHz, 12 GB Ram, 64x operating system, and video card Intel HD graphics 4600.

I am not sure if I am running any 3rd party graphics programs besides the standard Nvidia or AMD offerings.

P.S. I have no color problems with IL-2 1946 or IL-2 GB

Seems that you are using a laptop with integrated "Intel HD graphics 4600" , this integrated video is your problem.

Well it runs fine and when I red-out and get hurt it turns into a regular color again with just a red tint (like usual). I can run IL-2 GB fine too. Are you sure that is it? (Not to question your credibility, you look like quite the veteran)

Just a guess, the past versions of Intel on-board video used in laptops is know to cause graphical issues in CloD, a common issue is gunsight reticle disappearing.

This is could be a long shot but just to explore all possibilities in order to find the solution, is it possible that your monitor is the culprit? I'm not well versed on the subject but I know that some monitors and TV's require a red/green calibration. I had issue with a screen once that was calibrated too far into the green. It only exhibited this green hued symptom when running programs at the monitor's default resolution.

The quick way to troubleshoot this is to check that you are running CloD at the same resolution that you run 1946 and IL-2:GB where you don't have any issues. If not then try changing to that resolution and see if it clears up.

I doubt this will help but, I thought I'd throw it out there just in case.

This did not work but thank you for helping!

A bit OT of your issue, but eventually consider the possibility in upgrade your laptop by one with Nvidia or AMD Radeon 3D graphics,  see how the performance in games improve.

Intel HD Graphics 4600 is listed  # 477.

Meanwhile try setting CloD all low - will look horrible, like a 1990's game, and see if problem persist, if not start increasing settings until the problem return.

Look if are available updated drivers for Intel HD Grapchis 4600.

I am looking into getting a better PC... the green tint is still there with the lowest and the highest... maybe is there somewhere in the code that I can change the green value? The game runs good enough on meduim/low. Again, the green goes away once the red filter comes on for red-outs and getting hit. I am probably going to get a better computer next year
