jollyjack Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 CloDBlitz: all sorts of programmed warthog keys work, and some that worked before all of a sudden won't any more. example, a Blennheim bomber, bomb doors wont open, wheel brakes won't release also with a Hurricane. This was with custom downloaded SP missions, "Bomber Intercept", and "DynMission - The Oden R5" ..... maybe that's the cause ... maybe meant for the Old ClOD?
Sokol1 Posted August 2, 2019 Posted August 2, 2019 (edited) Blenheim bomb bay doors is not player controlled, is held closed by spring rope and open with bomb weight. See here: https://youtu.be/sWOmkFi-HP8?t=53 Your problem with "wheel brakes" is more probable lack of "Signal Ground Crew to Insert or Remove Chocks". ? Edited August 2, 2019 by Sokol1
jollyjack Posted August 3, 2019 Author Posted August 3, 2019 (edited) Nice film, and how young these guys were. British Pathe, delivered by them in France must be Pâté de foie Gerry. Here's a receipt with some truffles added, Boris Johnson flavor, a real British Home Made truffle himself: Pâté de Foie Gras And i'll get me a pair of scissors to cut some ropes. PS just saw our neighbor leaving for his yearly French holiday; the wife removed the chocks from the caravan before he left LoL. Guess CloDB has some issues still, but i must say the graphics are very good, and the game doesn't crash. British country scenery: i tried to land a Sukhoi 26 near a nice country pub on a road, and get me a pint of Brown Ale, but the darn thing crashed into some tree growing in the middle of the road. In IL2 1946 that's easier to do, i remember road-running some fighter after landing right inside some castle walls and shooting windows. Was a plane with a nose wheel ... PS i tried and tried and tried .... with a Blenheim in those SP Bomber Intercept - Ships missions i cannot dump any bombs, and according the loadout there should be plenty. I tried another Blenheim Quick Mission. Cannot open doors & drop bombs manually, but running on Autopilot it all happens ... But then i found the bombs were dropped manually with the main (machine gun) Fire button ... the usual 'normal' bomb functions don't seem to work, huh? PS i like this Blenheim, just like the Sturmovik in 1946, it seems quite accurate bombing something small on the ground diving on to it. Edited August 3, 2019 by jollyjack
