Late Night Friday Flight

If you didn't know, the Finnish Virtual Server crew is having their annual Mosquito Meeting this weekend. In that vain, I'd like to either shoot them down, or get shot down by them... So, tonight - July 26th at 8:30pm EDT - we will be flying out on their server. Come join me and a bunch of other inebriated pilots for some good weekend fun.

If you can take off, land, and be a great target for the enemy, then you're welcome to join us. Really, everyone is welcome to join in the festivities... Even you.

 

The Finnish Virtual Server has a cool little campaign system going on that's a little different than 'just another mission'. Moving 'mud' in their server actually has value and can help move the front line. I'm here, you're going to see more ground action than your typical dogfight server.

I'm hoping with my new and improved ISP I'll be able to get on European servers more often. Always wanted to try the dynamic campaign on this server but never had the ping to pull it off.

Thank you for posting this and seeing how you provided the courtesy of using east coast USA time zone, you just gained another blue mud-mover who will plan on joining at 8:30PM EDT tonight. It's been a long week and I need to blow stuff up.

 

Is there a particular axis ground-pounder I should plan on joining a flight with? I'm proficient with any of them, but not so much the red ground attack aircraft.

Stoopy, we're just flying for fun. When we start up, we'll fly in whatever plane. It'll be more "loosey-goosey" than a single event type mission, but a little more organized than a typical dogfight server. (Hopefully... LoL) There will be guys on the Finnish Discord that you can link up with. And I'll be there too.

S!    Just wanna say how cool it was to meet & fly with everyone last night - I still have lots of rust to knock off in MP. 

 

And just for the record, yes, that slow old JU52 did make it to the drop point - thanks for dragging the bad guys to another server just in time!
