28000-28100 port not working

Hello guys 

 

i have a problem with 28000-28100 ports

 

i opened them but i can’t see my friends and they can’t see me inside game 

 

so i thought about changing the port for the game 

will that work. And what port do you recommend to use instead of the two mentioned above
