28000/28100 ports both TCP/UDP are open 

 

traffic for both porta are allowed in firewall

microsoft defender is off

kaspersky flagged IL-2 as trusted

Devs have some solution than might fix this issue but we need to wait few weeks before it will be available to test. Just be patient.
