Missions taking forever to load

When I run a quick mission fine soon after starting Win10, it loads as fast as it always did.

 

but when I run any other program and try to run, it takes several minutes to load the same mission, it runs fine, if I finish the mission and try again, it continues taking a long time to load.

 

I have i7 4 Ghz 32 GB RAM
