filming at night clarity

hello

i have been learning how to use windows movie maker recently . I use OBS for video filming ,  while copying with OBS  the image in game is very clear  however after i save to MP3  and replay it with VLC the  scenery is blurred , what appears like dew on the cockpit windows or brown blotches  . The settings of OBS is good and its all set as recommended . Is there anything i can do to bring the clarity to what it should look like similar  to when i  am in game  ? cheers
