Tank Crew Gunsight Problems Persist

I am still having problems with tank gunsight in all tanks after firing a round from the main gun.  Half the gunsight disappears and picture is misaligned.  Setting to full dynamic resolution does not fix the problems.  This happens in all tanks and I am on the latest version of tank crew 3.101B.

I'm having the same problems with my gunsites for new tanks although the panzer 3 from the og game works perfect

The only solution ive found for this is to turn the graphics to the lowest settings
