Can't get out of wide angle view doing screen shots

I'm doing screen shots from vids I've shot, but haven't figured out a way to get out of wide angle no matter how far back i zoom.In other words my camera in stuck at about 30mm and i'd like to be doing shots with no distortion ...say 60-80 mm roughly. I've gone thru camera settings but with no luck...HELP!

The mouse scroll wheel does that for me...Don't know if that helps?
