Display settings on Lenovo Laptop. Anyone Help?

Hi Can anyone advise please? Im running Windows 10 on a LenovoY50 laptop - Display settings are 3840x2160 ( recommended ) I can load the game but once its on the home screen its extremely small and I cannot click on any of the game settings. Is there a way to change settings so that it loads to the correct size of the laptop screen? I've tried running in compatibility mode for windows 7 and XP but no luck so far.

In the game install directory, start il2set.exe

 

Or edit conf.ini
