Big Bug about the launch of the IL2 (3.101).

After the download update 3.101. I started the game with the novelties. The game started and worked very well. 
But since yesterday when i launched the game. I had a error message (you can see the error message attached).
Can you help me about this problem ? What is/are the solution(s) for solve it ?

"Le fichier spécifié est introuvable". The file specified cannot be found. Not a very helpful message, since it doesn't give the filename, but that's Windows for you. Since other people don't seem to be having the same problem, I can only suggest that the update has messed up your installation somewhere. If this is a Steam install, there is an option to check file integrity somewhere, I think, but otherwise you'll probably have to reinstall the game. Back up your input and LuaScripts folders first, to avoid losing any custom settings.

I have see similar issue in some updates, but re-start Windows solve.
